Pricing and Availability

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our website are current live-weight rates and may vary based on market conditions, especially during festival seasons like Dashain. Availability of livestock is subject to our current farm stock. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund for any payment made.

Orders and Reservations

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or our contact form. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance, especially for bulk or festival orders. Your order is confirmed once we acknowledge it via WhatsApp or phone.

Payment

Payment is collected upon pickup or delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer (NEPAL), or mobile payment (eSewa, Khalti, Connect IPS). Full payment is required before livestock leaves the farm or before delivery is dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Kathmandu Valley, including Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. Delivery timeline depends on location, traffic, and availability — typically within 2–4 hours of order confirmation. Delivery charges may apply depending on distance.

Pickup is available at our Tarkeshwor farm by appointment. We encourage buyers to visit the farm to inspect livestock before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Binod Livestock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our livestock. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific animal in question.
