Return Policy

Inspection Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all buyers to inspect the animal at our Tarkeshwor farm before finalizing the purchase. You are welcome to visit during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM) to see the livestock and ask any questions. If you are unsatisfied with the animal's condition prior to leaving the farm, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Live Animal Sales

Because livestock are live animals, all sales are final once the animal leaves the farm or is delivered. We cannot accept returns of live animals after they have been taken off our premises. This policy ensures the health and safety of both our livestock and your existing animals.

Health Guarantee

All our animals are vaccinated, dewormed, and health-checked by a qualified veterinarian before sale. If you have health concerns within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately with photos or a veterinarian's assessment. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Delivery Disputes

If you receive an animal that does not match your order (wrong species, breed, or quantity), please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. We will arrange a correction or refund as appropriate. Claims made after 24 hours may not be honored.
